At Istanbul Aydın University, Faculty of Fine Arts, student support services aim to holistically enhance students' academic development, creative production processes, and professional readiness. Academic counseling begins at the special talent examination stage and continues until graduation. All incoming students receive comprehensive "orientation training." Students are guided through the UBIS system for course selection, academic planning, and process management.  Guidance on safe working practices and the effective use of libraries, workshops, studios, and laboratories is systematically provided. Furthermore, feedback-oriented evaluations are conducted for portfolio development, project presentations, and exhibition processes. Regular information is shared regarding international exchange opportunities and institutional language support. Transition to professional life is facilitated through career planning, internships, and industry networking events. All support mechanisms are operated in coordination with university-wide units, including counseling, guidance, and accessibility services.

Student Clubs: 

Students of Istanbul Aydin University Faculty of Fine Arts take an active role in the University's student clubs in order to support their academic development with social and creative activities. Clubs contribute to students' portfolio development and interdisciplinary collaboration through project production, workshops, exhibitions and screenings, talks, competitions, and social responsibility activities. While club activities strengthen students' communication, teamwork, organization, and leadership skills, they also increase their sense of belonging to university life.
