As Istanbul Aydın University, the Solution and Advisory Point, established to provide effective support to our students, administrative and academic staff, as well as visitors from outside the university, operates at the center of our main campus. At this center, you can access all kinds of information related to our university and submit your wishes, suggestions, and expectations.

Our Solution and Advisory Point aims to produce fast and practical solutions to any issues experienced by applicants in relation to our university. With a result-oriented approach, the center works to ensure that every individual who applies is guided toward the correct solution in the shortest possible time. Suggestions regarding unresolved matters are followed on behalf of the applicants, ensuring proper process management.

The personnel assigned here are selected from among our university’s students or from the international student office. When necessary, academic or administrative staff may also take part. All personnel working in the unit aim to accelerate processes and ensure that services are carried out efficiently and systematically by directly receiving suggestions, complaints, and requests from students, parents, and their relatives.

All applications submitted to our unit are registered through the university’s “Feedback System” (geribildirim.aydin.edu.tr). In this way, requests are resolved within the authority of the responsible staff member, and when necessary, forwarded to the Directorate of Strategy and Quality Assessment to ensure coordination with the relevant faculty or unit.

At our Solution Point, where confidentiality is highly valued, your applications may also be evaluated anonymously. Thanks to the Solution Center, our students and university staff can receive the support they need more quickly and effectively.
