Application to the Right to Information Review Board
Via https://bedk.adalet.gov.tr/, an applicant whose request for information has been rejected may appeal to the Board within fifteen days of notification of the decision, before applying to the judiciary. The appeal must be made in writing. The Board issues its decision within thirty working days.
