Quality assurance at Istanbul Aydin University Faculty of Fine Arts is implemented through a continuous cycle covering education and learning, assessment, and ongoing improvement. Curricula, learning outcomes, and ECTS alignment are monitored and updated in line with the Bologna approach and the Education Information System. Assessment practices are conducted within the framework of the relevant regulations and the grade evaluation directive. Student feedback is collected via UBIS through course and instructor based surveys and is monitored by the faculty management.
For areas that require deeper insight, additional satisfaction surveys are administered, and the results are recorded, analyzed, and translated into improvement actions.
Data gathered through departmental boards and stakeholder meetings are incorporated into annual reporting, supporting transparent monitoring and accountability through quality commission practices.
