The governance and administrative structure of Istanbul Aydin University Faculty of Fine Arts is based on transparency and participation in decision making and implementation processes. The Faculty is managed by the Dean, Vice Deans, and the Faculty Secretary. Academic planning and the monitoring of education, research, and social contribution activities are carried out through the Faculty Board and the Faculty Executive Board. These boards include academic representatives, departmental leadership, and a student representative, supporting a stakeholder oriented approach. The organizational chart presents the roles, responsibilities, and the functioning of the boards clearly.
