Committees and commissions at Istanbul Aydin University Faculty of Fine Arts support the planned and traceable implementation of academic and administrative processes and ensure they remain open to continuous improvement. The Faculty Board oversees academic decision making, while the Faculty Executive Board is responsible for administrative and implementation related decisions. The Education and Teaching Curriculum Commission and the Education and Teaching Excuse Approval Commission contribute to the effective delivery of programmes and the smooth operation of student processes. Programme based Exam Commissions coordinate assessment practices, and Horizontal Transfer Exemption and Adaptation Commissions ensure that transfer and course exemption procedures are carried out in a standardized and transparent manner. Through the Unit Quality Commission and strategic planning activities, the Faculty strengthens stakeholder engagement and continuously improves its quality cycle based on monitoring and reporting.

The Faculty of Fine Arts Horizontal Transfer Exemption and Adaptation Commissions evaluate incoming transfer students' course exemptions and curriculum alignment in accordance with relevant regulations, prepare the adaptation plan, and submit the outcomes for faculty approval.

Faculty of Fine Arts Exam Commissions:
Short description: Coordinate exam procedures in line with regulations, monitor implementation, and report necessary evaluations.

Faculty of Fine Arts Education and Teaching Curriculum Commission:
Reviews curricula, course plans, learning outcomes, and ECTS alignment, and prepares update recommendations.

Faculty of Fine Arts Education and Teaching Excuse Approval Commission:
Reviews students' excuse requests in accordance with relevant regulations and submits decisions for faculty approval.
