Mission 

We act with the mission of being a department that has adopted the principle of training qualified teachers who can adapt to and apply contemporary, scientific developments in the field of Preschool Education. Pre-school Education Undergraduate Program is one of our most important principles to provide the necessary theoretical infrastructure to teachers who will educate children between the ages of 0-6 by shaping their physical, mental, emotional and psychomotor development, and to bring educators who aim to improve their teaching skills to the society.

The mission of the Pre-school Education Program is not only to train preschool teachers, but also to contribute to the development of society by collaborating with the families of preschool children and working with social institutions that deal with their health and education problems. Preschool Education Program combines theoretical knowledge with field work and prepares up-to-date research opportunities at a contemporary level.

Department Possibilities:

• Minor

• Double major 

• Education abroad through international exchange programs (1 or 2 semesters)

• Opportunity to pursue postgraduate programs after graduation 

Career Opportunities

Graduates can work as teachers in all state and private pre-school education institutions affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, as well as easily find employment opportunities in rehabilitation centers. They can also continue their master's and doctoral programs and work as academicians at universities.
