Amaç

The aim of the undergraduate (first cycle) degree program of the Preschool Teacher Education is to be a nationally reputable department in its field and a major source of well educated and well trained preschool teachers of international standarts and hence help close the gap between the supply and the demand in our country for preschool teachers.

Hedef

The objectives of the undergraduate (first cycle) degree program the preschool Teacher Education program is to graduate teachers who are capable of teaching students of 0-72 months by providing them with a learning environment which is appropriate for physical,social, emotional and cognitive development of this age group and by providing counselling to parents as teachers who are well informed about and aware of children/human rights, democracy, sensitivity to different cultural values.
