Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The course aims to improve medical English skills of students. Students will learn asking and giving directions in the hospital, reading a text about their department and learning terms and structures for making first medical exam to the patients. Students learn how to communicate with doctors, nurses, patients and their relatives.
Course Content In this course students review grammar by using words, phrases and collocations in medicine. They also learn asking and giving directions in the hospital, reading a text about, filling the forms and learning terms and structures for making first medical exam to patients and they also learn to communicate with patients and their relatives. They improve their skills by reading presenting and role-playing.
