Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Teaching the working principles of pathology laboratories, laboratory machinery and equipment used in the diagnosis, routine operating principles and analytical approach to gain.
Course Content Perform safety principles in pathology laboratory, using light microscope, recognizing and using laboratory devices and equipments, doing preparation for tissue proccesing, preparing fixatives and providing fixation, using microtomes and cryostat for sectioning of tissues.
