Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Comprehend the nature of international disputes and conflicts in considering their evolution and content.
Course Content We start with the conflict management and scope, types, and transformation of conflicts. Then we focus on the theschniques such as negotiation, mediation, arbitration, inquiry with case studies. We also examnine the institutions such as International Court, UN, International Maritime Convention, and present trends.
