Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The primary purpose is to develop human resource management programs those can add value and create competitive advantage, and on the need for HR practices to be internally consistent and aligned with the firm’s strategy in civil aviation.
Course Content Introduction to Human Resource Management, Legal aspects in HRM, Strategic Human Resource Management Job design and analysis, Performance management, HR planning, Staffing, Training and Development, Compensation and Incentive, and Employee and Labor Relations in the all civil aviation units.
