Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	By giving the basic conceptual and theoretical knowledge on strategic management to ready graduates that perform managerial work in the competitive business environment
Course Content	The strategy, policy and related concepts, historical developments, schools of strategic management, strategic management process, strategy makers, strategic orientation, the hierarchy of goals and objectives, environmental analysis (external environmental analysis), environmental analysis (internal environmental analysis); Strategy to determine levels and basic strategic options, company, business and functional strategies, International market entry strategies, tools used in the selection of strategic options, strategy selection, strategy implementation (organizational structure and operational policies), the implementation of the strategy (the dimensions of organizational behavior, organizational culture); Strategic audit; Strategy and case studies related to functional policies.
