Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The aim of this course is to examine the basic principles how individuals and / or groups behave in the organization and to evaluate how these principles are used to develop individual performance and organizational effectiveness.
Course Content	Individual behavior, interpersonal communication, communication between groups, conceptual tools in behavior analysis, individual, group and organizational performance improvement.
