Mission The vision of our program is to educate highly motivated teachers who think critically, innovative, creative, have value jurisdiction for gifted and talented students, to contribute to fulfill gifted and talented individuals’ potentials and the use of their experience to the benefit of our country and of all mankind. That every individual must have equal opportunities in education is a human right. However, that equal opportunities in education do not mean the same educational opportunities is a fact. Educational facilities mentioned here mean that the equality needed to be focused on in terms of meeting the educational needs of students, because students with high intelligence levels have different characteristics in terms of education and training; therefore, they are also in a differentiated curriculum requirement. However, the number of teachers trained for gifted children education who have great share in the development of the country is very inconsiderable. Therefore, it is difficult to meet the educational needs of these children completely. This is very important especially for beginners of primary school students starting to formal education, because low motivation that can be resulted in the failure to meet the educational needs of such students may adversely affect their whole school life, and expose them to leave in danger of not being successful at the rate of their potentials. The reasons above to demonstrate the necessity of opening the program and in accordance with our vision and also the objectives of this program reflecting our mission are as follows: a) To train classroom teachers who are able to carry out the appropriate education and training  for gifted and talented students being the first grade  of primary education getting acquainted with the formal education so as to be able to take the education related to their properties they need without being disappointed. b) To educate teachers who can use their information in a productive and creative way, think critically; who are self-aware and conscious of social responsibility; who can communicate with others and can demonstrate social cohesion; that is, who can develop students in all aspects of educating. c) To teach lessons that will provide the development of  teachers in all aspects and generate content in order to train students in the specified qualifications above. d) To bring prospective teachers to the level up that they can be able to apply what they have learned by extending the education time as 4 years  in this field. e) To make research related to the education of gifted and talented children, the education of their teachers, the structure of being gifted and talented and also to publish them. • Possibility to attend graduate programs after graduation   CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Graduates of our bachelor program can be assigned to the public and private elementary schools and work as classroom teachers in primary schools providing education to gifted and talented students. Furthermore, they are able to apply to open classroom teaching staff in the Art and Science Center if the conditions are met.
