Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To develop students' thinking techniques with abstraction and conceptualization; It aims to create designs or organizations by blending, arranging and changing concepts such as shape, form, color, pattern, pattern, material, scale and space. It aims to understand the process of transforming the intellectual into visual by using design principles, elements and creativity techniques.
Course Content Introduction to basic design. Introduction of design principles and design elements, harmony, contrast, balance, shape and ground relationship, texture, movement, scale, visual perception and illusion, abstraction, space and form relationship, concept study, object design study.

43D EFFECT IN THE VISUAL FIELD. LINE TYPES (Straight, Curved) Spot, Space Perception in Surface Relationship.
5BASIC SHAPES. Features, Creating Composition with Addition-Reduction Methods.
6MEASUREMENT, RANGE, GOLDEN RATIO. (Using the Golden Ratio in Composition)
