Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To develop students' thinking techniques with abstraction and conceptualization; It aims to create designs or organizations by blending, arranging and changing concepts such as shape, form, color, pattern, pattern, material, scale and space. It aims to understand the process of transforming the intellectual into visual by using design principles, elements and creativity techniques.
Course Content	Introduction to basic design. Introducing design principles and design elements, harmony, contrast, balance, shape and ground relationship, texture, movement, scale, visual perception and illusion, abstraction, space and form relationship, concept study, object design study.
