Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The concept of management, the management of design processes and interior architecture services, the planning and management of the construction phase, the learning of the concepts in the management process with computer-aided applications and the use of tools are aimed.
Course Content Professional environment (construction sector): roles and functions; different roles / duties that can be undertaken within the scope of interior architecture; legal procedure for owning a business; management, management levels; project process: phases of interior architecture project and interior architect's responsibilities; business procedures (project delivery systems); tender and bidding processes; contract types, contract management and contract annexes (specifications); time management, the process of delivering the work to the customer.
