Important Dates:

Deadline for submitting an objection petition to the results via e-mail to [email protected]: 29 December 2025

Deadline for submitting a waiver notification for staff who were selected but wish to withdraw from participating in Erasmus mobility: 1 May 2027[1]

The latest possible completion date of the planned mobility: 31 July 2027

We would like to thank all Academic and Administrative Staff who applied for their interest shown during the 2025 KA131 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Applications (1st Application Period).

Attention to our staff applying for the 2025 KA131 Erasmus Staff Mobility program 

Due to a technical system issue on TurnaPortal, there have been disruptions in the application process. Work to resolve the issue has been completed and the system is now back online.

To prevent any inconvenience, the application period has been extended until tomorrow (12/11/2025) at 4:00 PM.

Important Dates:

Application Deadline: 10/12/2025; 16:00

Foreign Language Written and Oral Exam: 13 December 2025

Announcement of Results: No later than 22 December 2025

Deadline for submitting an objection petition to the results: 29 December 2025

Deadline for submitting a waiver notification for staff who were selected but wish to withdraw from participating in Erasmus mobility: 1 May 2027[1]

The latest possible completion date of the planned mobility: 31 July 2027

During this application period, applications will only be accepted for mobility to a higher education institution holding an ECHE in one of the EU Member States / Programme-associated countries. There is no quota transfer to non-programme-associated countries.
