2022 KA131 and 2023 KA131 Erasmus+ BIP Mobility Results are in tables below. But primarily please READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY.

Erasmus+ BIP Mobility Placement Results announced as in the table are the final results.

IMPORTANT DATES:

Objections to the results and/or the Letter of commitment for participation need to be delivered by 6 June 2024, 8 PM  the latest

Latest end date for the Erasmus+ 2022 KA131 BIP Mobility: 31 July 2024

Latest end date for the Erasmus+ 2023 KA131 BIP Mobility: 31 July 2025

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Selected students need to comply with the guidance and information provided by the IAU Erasmus+ Office in matters of all processes related to their Erasmus+ mobility.
The students who got at least 60 from language proficiency test and Erasmus+ general success score at least 60 have been selected and are nominated to the partner Universities for the BIP programs they applied to. 

Erasmus+ funds are provided by European Commission through Turkish National Agency. Our students will able to be funded in frame of grant that our university has received from the 2022 and 2023 KA131 Erasmus+ Programme Budget.

Students will be granted for  7 days of mobility after all students present their necessary documents to IAU Erasmus+ Office till the deadline. They also have the possibility of giving up their Erasmus grants.

Students can object the Proficiency exam results until 06/06/2024, 8 PM. Objections can only be made by completing a petition and sending it to the Erasmus+ Office's official email address: [email protected]. Please click on the link below for the

Students who have passed the selection and who intend to participate in the Programme must sign "The Letter of Commitment " until 06/06/2024, 8 PM to guarantee their participation to the BIP Mobility and send it to the Erasmus+ Office's official email address: [email protected]. The Letter of commitment can be also signed in person by visiting the Erasmus Office (J block, 2nd floor) until the same deadline as mentioned above.  Otherwise, the students will lose the chance to participate the mobility.  Failing in emailing us or signing the "The Letter of Commitment " until 06/06/2024, 8 PM leads to students losing the chance to participate the mobility.

The students who have deserved to participate 2022 KA131 BIP and 2023 KA131 BIP Erasmus+ mobility must take the Online Linguistic Support (OLS) offered by European Commission and submit the results to the Erasmus+ Office. An Orientation program will be held on 7/06/2024 at 5pm in the Erasmus Office for the students who will participate 2022 KA131 BIP Erasmus+ Programme.

An Orientation program will be held on 13/06/2024 at 5pm in the Erasmus Office for the students who will participate 2023 KA131 BIP Erasmus+ Programme.

 Attendance is compulsory and necessary.

Erasmus+ Faculty and Departmental Coordinators need to give the necessary assistance to the students who are going to attend the Erasmus+ Programme. The coordinators and students should check the application deadlines of the partner universities to start the Erasmus+ process on time.
The successful students have been nominated to the partner universities.

EACH STUDENT'S PROCESS WILL BE FINALIZED AFTER THE APPROVAL OF LEARNING AGREEMENT BY BOTH IAU AND PARTNER UNIVERSITY AND OBTAINING THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND NECESSARY VISA.

What is a Blended Intensive Programme (BIP)?

Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP) are short, intensive training programmes that use innovative teaching and learning methods, including online collaboration. These programmes may involve problem- and solution-oriented learning, where multinational and multidisciplinary groups work together to find solutions to problems linked to the sustainable development goals of the United Nations or other social problems identified by regions, cities or companies. Blended intensive programmes should provide added value compared to courses and training already offered by participating higher education institutions. They can be multi-year. BIPs aim to reach students from all fields of study and levels of study, from different cultural, social and economic backgrounds, with a new and more flexible mobility format combining physical mobility with online learning.

2023 KA131 Erasmus+ Study Mobility Results are in tables below. But primarily please READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY.

Erasmus+ Study Mobility Placement Results announced as in the table are the final results.

Objections to the results and/or the Letter of commitment for participation need to be delivered by 1 April 2024, 16:00 the latest

Latest end date for the Erasmus+ Study Mobility: 31 July 2025

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Selected students need to comply with the guidance and information provided by the IAU Erasmus+ Office in matters of all processes related to their Erasmus+ mobility.
The students who got at least 65 from language proficiency test and Erasmus+ general success score at least 65 have been selected and will be nominated to the partner Universities for the fall lor spring term of 2024-2025 Academic Year according to their choice expressed in the Letter of commitment. 
Although some students' scores are over the curve they could have not been placed to the Universities that they have chosen because of their score, limited quotas and budget.  
Department quotas were defined according to the number of the students per departments, the number of the students who have applied Erasmus+ mobility per departments, success records of departments and the number of the successful students per department. Students in the waiting list (YEDEK) have the opportunity to participate the mobility without having the grant.

Erasmus+ funds are provided by European Commission through Turkish National Agency. Our students will able to be funded in frame of grant that our university has received from the 2023 KA131 Erasmus+ Programme Budget.

During the 2024-2025 Academic Year, a total of 85 students will be awarded with the Erasmus+ grant for the Erasmus+ Study Mobility for 4 months after all students present their necessary documents to IAU Erasmus+ Office till the deadline. An additional 76 students can benefit from an Erasmus study Mobility in the 2024-2025 Academic Year as ZERO Grant students, provided they sign the Letter of commitment.

Erasmus+ Faculty and Departmental Coordinators need to give the necessary assistance to the students who are going to attend the Erasmus+ Programme. The coordinators and students should check the application deadlines of the partner universities to start the Erasmus+ process on time.

The successful students will be nominated to the partner universities as soon as possible.
In the case in which students are in the impossibility of fining 30 ECTS of matching courses at the host institution, they will have the possibility of changing the University. Additional information on available institutions will be offered by the Erasmus Office.

Dear Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinators and Students,

2023 KA131 Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Placement Results are in tables below. But primarily please READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• All students who passed the internal selection and have signed the Letter of Commitment will be granted with a two months Erasmus+ grant within the 2023-2024 Academic Year, Summer term or 2024-2025 Academic Year (for students conducting their internship after graduation and no later than 31/07/2025). 
• Nevertheless, students must acknowledge that the responsibilities of all financial or moral problems (visa, travel, accommodation, higher education institution / institution abroad and in other cases) due to the COVID-19 pandemic process belong to them and that the institution cannot be held responsible for any expenses made in advance.
• Selected students need to comply with the guidance and information provided by the IAU Erasmus+ Office in matters of all processes related to their Erasmus+ mobility.
  
  

• Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Placement Results announced as in table are going to finalized after the students sign their "Letter of Commitment Regarding Erasmus+ Traineeship". 
• The students who got at least 65 from language proficiency test and at least 65 from Erasmus+ general success score have been selected.

• The students who would like to participate the Erasmus+ Traineeship mobility in the 2024 Summer should send via email to the Erasmus+ Office ( [email protected] )their updated Acceptance letters for Erasmus+ Traineeships and their approved LA for traineeships until 15.05.2024, until 4 PM.

• Graduating students can use their right acquired within the scope of the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility at the graduation stage, provided that they complete it within the following 12 months from the date of their graduation and no later than the end of the 2023 KA131 Erasmus project (31/07/2025).
  
  
  Within the scope of the 2023 KA131 Project , a total of 20 students will be awarded with the Erasmus+ grant for the Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility after all students present their necessary documents to IAU Erasmus+ Office till the deadline.  All students will be granted for 2 months. Additionally a total of 17 students can participate in the Mobility with Zero Grant provided they also sign their letters of commitment.
  
  Erasmus+ funds are provided by European Commission through Turkish National Agency. Our students will be able to be funded in frame of grant that our university has been assigned with.

2022-2023 Spring Term Pre-Mobility webinar for Incoming students

To the attention of the students who wish to apply for the Erasmus 2022 KA131 Study and 2021 KA131 Traineeship Mobility

Dear Students,

Due to the earthquake disaster affecting 10 provinces of our country (Adana, Adıyaman, Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Malatya, Osmaniye and Şanlıurfa), our applications' deadline for 2022 KA131 and Erasmus+ Education and 2021 KA131 Erasmus+ Internship Mobility has been extended until 12 March 2023, 16:00.

The Erasmus Language Exam will be held online and the new exam date will be 18 March 2023.

Detailed information about the Erasmus Language Exam for the 2022 KA131 and Erasmus+ Study and 2021 KA131 Erasmus+ Internship Mobility will be shared with the students who have completed their application via e-mail after the end of the application period.
