Regarding 2024 KA131 Erasmus+ Student Appeal Results

Dear Students,

The objections related to the Erasmus Foreign Language results of the Erasmus+ applications announced on March 19, 2025, for the Main and Reserve lists have been evaluated, and a list of the appeal results has been prepared.

Students who wish to see a printout of the written exam can apply with a petition by visiting the English Preparatory School Program Directorate located in Block E on May 5, 2025 (Monday) between 14:00 – 17:00.

Students whose final results have changed after the appeal must sign the relevant Erasmus Commitment letter by May 8, 2025, at 16:00 the latest.

After filling out and signing the Commitment letter electronically, they must be sent via email to the Erasmus+ Office ([email protected]). Alternatively, the Erasmus+ Commitment letter can also be signed in person by visiting the Erasmus Office (Block J, 2nd floor) by May 8, 2025, at 16:00.
OTHERWISE, THEY WILL LOSE THEIR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE MOBILITY.

Deadline for submitting appeals against the results: April 12, 2025

Latest date by which the planned mobility may end: July 31, 2026

We would like to thank all Academic and Administrative Staff who applied for the 2024 KA131 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Applications (1st Application Period) for their interest.

The placement results for the 2024 KA131 Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Applications (1st Application Period) are listed in the table below.

However, please READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY first:

- The results presented in the tables are final in terms of evaluation. Selected staff members who will participate in the Erasmus+ Exchange Program are entitled to benefit from the grant allocated to our University.

- If beneficiaries wish to waive their Erasmus+ Exchange rights for any reason, they must submit their waiver requests to the Erasmus+ Institutional Coordination Office. If any circumstances arise at any time that require the staff member to waive their exchange rights, the eligible staff member must notify our unit at least one month before the exchange start date specified in their waiver request.
