In the context of your upcoming mobilities as well as the COVID 19 pandemics, we have compiled some of your most frequently asked questions about your selection results as per the below attached document:

Dear Erasmus+ Departmental Coordinators and Students,
2020-2021 Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Placement Results are in tables below. But primarily please READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- In light of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic evolution all students who passed the internal selection and have signed the Letter of Commitment will be granted with a two months Erasmus+ grant within the 2020-2021 Academic Year.
- Nevertheless, students must acknowledge that the responsibilities of all financial or moral problems (visa, travel, accommodation, higher education institution / institution abroad and in other cases) due to the COVID-19 pandemic process belong to them and that the institution cannot be held responsible for any expenses made in advance.
- Selected students need to comply with the guidance and information provided by the IAU Erasmus+ Office in matters of all processes related to their Erasmus+ mobility.
- Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility Placement Results announced as in table are going to finalized after the students sign their "Letter of Commitment Regarding Erasmus+ Traineeship".
- The students who got at least 65 from language proficiency test and at least 65 from Erasmus+ general success score have been selected as granted students.
- The students who would like to participate the Erasmus+ Traineeship mobility in the 2020-2021 Academic Year should send via email to the Erasmus+ Office ( [email protected] )their updated Acceptance letters for Erasmus+ Traineeships until 30.09.2020 and their approved LA for traineeships until 31.10.2020.
- In light of the COVID 19 pandemic, graduating students can use their right acquired within the scope of the Erasmus+ Internship Mobility at the graduation stage, provided that they complete it within the following 18 months from the date of their graduation.
- The European Commission has approved that in the context of the COVID 19 pandemic and as a temporary measure for the possibility of affecting student internship mobility in the fall of 2020, in case in which the traineeship mobility cannot start physically, the mobility can also start online WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE HOME AND HOST INSTITUTIONS.
Under these circumstances;
- Participants DO NOT receive individual support grants during the virtual mobility period. Participants are eligible for grants only when physical mobility begins abroad.
- Participation in these activities should be supported by relevant documents.
- Participants will be able to start using OLS licenses from the very beginning of virtual mobility.
- Academic recognition of learning outcomes (virtual and physical) for both mobility periods is provided.
- During the 2020-2021 Academic Year, 19 students will be awarded with the Erasmus+ grant for the Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility after all students present their necessary documents to IAU Erasmus+ Office till the deadline. Students will be granted for only 2 months. However, in case of any raise in 2020-2021 Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility budget, the necessary information regarding this issue will be announced on IAU Erasmus+ web page erasmus.aydin.edu.tr.
- Erasmus+ funds are provided by European Commission through Turkish National Agency. Our students will be able to be funded in frame of grant that our university has been assigned with.
- Students can object the results until 15/09/2020, 4 PM. Objections can only be made by completing a petition and sending it to the Erasmus+ Office's official email address: [email protected]. The draft can be found below.
- Because of the COVID 19 pandemics, Students who have passed the selection and who intend to participate in the Programme must log in their Erasmus+ Online Application form and sign "The Letter of Commitment " until 15/09/2020, 4 PM to guarantee their participation to the traineeship mobility. Otherwise, the students will lose the chance to participate the mobility. We also suggest the zero granted students to access their Erasmus+ Online Application and sign the Letter of Commitment as they have the chance to get the grant later on.

If you have forgotten your UBIS user/password you can request a reset of it using the log in page https://ubis.aydin.edu.tr/?Pointer=ResetPassword& or you can contact IAU's Students Affairs Department to request a reset of your password.
For any other technical difficulties you can contact us via email at [email protected]. Until 15/09/2020, 4 PM. Any requests related to the Letter of commitment sent after this date will be disregarded.
- The students who have deserved to participate 2020- 2021 Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility must take Online Linguistic Support held by European Commission after having their visa and submit the results to the Erasmus+ Office. The links to the OLS will be sent to students' personal emails.
- An Orientation program will be held ONLINE for the students who will participate Erasmus+ Programme. Attendance is compulsory and necessary. The date and time will be announced on IAU Erasmus+ website and via email to all students who have signed the Commitment Letter.
- Erasmus+ Faculty and Departmental Coordinators need to give the necessary assistance to the students who are going to attend the Erasmus+ Programme.
- EACH STUDENT'S PROCESS WILL BE FINALIZED AFTER THE APPROVAL OF TRAINEESHIP AGREEMENT BY BOTH IAU AND PARTNER INSTITUTION AND OBTAINING THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND THE NECESSARY VISA.

2020-2021 Erasmus+ Study and International Credit Mobility Results are in tables below. But primarily please READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY.
- Erasmus+ Study Mobility & International Credit Mobility Placement Results announced as in the table are the final results.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- In light of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic evolution and the partners' deadlines, all students who passed the internal selection and have signed the Letter of Commitment will be nominated to the partner institutions for the spring term of 2020-2021 Academic Year.
- Nevertheless, students must acknowledge that the responsibilities of all financial or moral problems (visa, travel, accommodation, higher education institution / institution abroad and in other cases) due to the COVID-19 pandemic process belong to them and that the institution can not be held responsible for any expenses made in advance.
- Selected students need to comply with the guidance and information provided by the IAU Erasmus+ Office in matters of all processes related to their Erasmus+ mobility.
- The students who got at least 65 from language proficiency test and Erasmus+ general success score at least 65 have been selected and will be nominated directly to the partner Universities for the spring term of 2020-2021 Academic Year. Although some students' scores are over the curve they could have not been placed to the Universities that they have chosen because of their score and limited quotas.
- Department quotas were defined according to the number of the students per departments, the number of the students who have applied Erasmus+ mobility per departments, success records of departments and the number of the successful students per department. Students in the waiting list (YEDEK) have the opportunity to participate the mobility without having the grant.
- Erasmus+ funds are provided by European Commission through Turkish National Agency. Our students will able to be funded in frame of grant that our university has receivef from the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 Erasmus+ Programmes Budget.
- Students can object the Proficiency exam results until 15/09/2020, 4 PM. Objections can only be made by completing a petition and sending it to the Erasmus+ Office's official email address: [email protected]. The draft can be found below.

- The students who manage to enrol for the courses should follow up the necessary steps that they need to complete.
- Erasmus+ Faculty and Departmental Coordinators need to give the necessary assistance to the students who are going to attend the Erasmus+ Programme.
- The coordinators and students should check the application deadlines of the partner universities to start the Erasmus+ process on time.
- The successful students will be nominated to the partner universities as soon as possible.
- EACH STUDENT'S PROCESS WILL BE FINALIZED AFTER THE APPROVAL OF LEARNING AGREEMENT BY BOTH IAU AND PARTNER UNIVERSITY AND OBTAINING THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER AND NECESSARY VISA.
