Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility provides Istanbul Aydın University students the opportunity to undertake a traineeship abroad in an organisation, research centre, laboratory, clinic,institution, or another relevant workplace related to their field of study. The program aims to enable students to gain professional experience by applying their theoretical knowledge to a practical setting, to become familiar with international work environments, and to support their career development.

Through internship mobility, students gain professional experience related to their field of study while also improving their foreign language skills, learning about different work cultures, and working in international environments. This process contributes to strengthening students' professional competencies, developing their intercultural communication skills, and equipping them with the skills at an international level.

Internships under the Erasmus+ program can be carried out in private sector organizations, public institutions, research centers, laboratories, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, and other suitable organizations. The internship is expected to be related to the student's academic field of study and contribute to their professional development.

The programme is open to associate, undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students. Erasmus+ traineeships may be carried out for a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 12 months within each study cycle. In addition, students may benefit from Erasmus+ Traineeship Mobility after graduation, provided that they apply and are selected before completing their studies. This opportunity enables recent graduates to gain valuable international work experience before entering the professional world.
