Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The Human Resources Management course aims to provide students with fundamental knowledge of human resource management, its role withinorganizations, and key management functions. The course covers essential HR processes, including recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation,and employee engagement.
Course Content The course explores HR management processes and how they function within organizations. Students will learn about recruitment criteria, trainingmanagement, performance evaluation systems, and employee motivation. Ethical and legal considerations in HR practices, occupational health and safety, andquality management are also key topics of the course. Students will gain valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and key management strategies.
