Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The Labour Economy and Labour Law course aims to provide students with an understanding of the fundamental issues in labor economics and the concepts oflabor law. Students will gain knowledge of legal regulations related to employment, career management, and employee-employer relations, preparing them toaddress legal problems in the workplace.
Course Content The course covers key issues in labor economics, including automation, unemployment, organizational behavior, and social security. It also examinesinternational labor norms, types of employment contracts (collective labor agreements and private law contracts), and legal obligations of both employers andemployees. Students will develop the ability to apply legal frameworks and generate solutions for issues related to labor law.
