Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course is to introduce students to the fundamental concepts, functions, and approaches of management, and to equip them with the ability toevaluate organizational structures, leadership, motivation, communication, and decision-making processes from an interdisciplinary perspective. Students willgain competence in understanding individual and group behavior and developing effective solutions to organizational problems.
Course Content The course covers topics such as classical and modern management theories, the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling, organizationalstructures, decision-making models, leadership and motivation theories, communication processes, organizational culture and change, teamwork, and groupdynamics. Psychological and sociological foundations of human behavior are also explored to enhance managerial skills.
