Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The Production Management course aims to provide students with fundamental, up-to-date knowledge of production systems, planning, and control in business environments. The course equips students with skills in optimizing production processes, ensuring quality assurance, and managing occupational health and safety.
Course Content The course covers topics such as production systems, facility layout, capacity and resource management, quality control and assurance, occupational health and safety, and environmentally friendly production techniques. Students will learn tools such as production calendars, Gantt charts, and work flow coordination for effective planning. The course also teaches techniques to monitor, measure, and improve production performance.
