Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The Behavioral Science course aims to equip students with an understanding of human behavior through psychological, sociological, and cultural perspectives. The course will help students analyze individual and group behaviors, evaluate dynamics of motivation, communication, and leadership, and apply behavioral theories in various contexts.
Course Content The course covers psychological, sociological, and cultural factors that influence human behavior. Students will study key behavioral theories such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory, as well as group dynamics, communication strategies, and leadership theories. The course also explores how behavioral sciences contribute to organizational development, leadership, and business processes.

5Understanding Individual and Group Behavior: The relationship between individual behaviors, motivation, personality, and emotional intelligence; group dynamics and team behaviors.
