Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To gain knowledge about the basic concepts, learning theories, learning and teaching techniques
Course Content	Basic concepts: teaching, learning, assessment, reinforcement. Relationship between learning and development, Theories of learning: Behavioral approaches, Theories of learning: Cognitive approaches , Theories of learning: Sensorial approaches ,Principles of learning and teaching, Learning process . Learning styles, Teaching analysis, Planning the activities,Teaching approaches: learning through presentation, learning through discovery, learning through research, problem solving, Methods of teaching: narration, question, discussion, case study, project-based learning, experiment, observation, drama, Group teaching teachniques: brain storming, six hats, analogy, Other learning activities: homework, interview, trip, exhibition, museums, Problem solving techniques, Responsibilities of teachers in incresing the quality of teaching
