The primary goal of the English Language Teaching Program is to equip teachers with advanced English language skills that they can effectively impart to their students. The program focuses on developing students' fundamental language competencies – listening, speaking, reading, and writing – as well as their vocabulary and phonics in the first year. In the subsequent years, they learn how to employ various teaching methods and techniques to successfully transfer their knowledge to students in their classes. 

The program emphasizes the significance of analytic reasoning techniques that can help develop students' creative and critical thinking and provide them with field knowledge. Additionally, students undergo three semesters of observations and practices in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education.
