Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course is to recognize the main characteristics of Old Anatolian Turkish Era and its importance among Turkish dialects.
Course Content Periods of Old Anatolian Turkish, texts which were written in different forms of Arabic alphabet in 15th century, iimportant literary figures of the era, tales of Dede Korkut, studies on translated works, tenses in Old Anatolian Turkish and verb forms, analysings on phonology, morphology, ethimology and syntax are examined.
