Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course is to provide the students to take further courses on Classical Turkish Literature.
Course Content General information on Classical Turkish Literature is introduced for to familiarize the freshman with the further courses.

6Practice tasks on Aruz measure.
7Verse types of Turkish Classical Measure: Kaside, gazel and practice tasks on sample texts.
8Practice tasks on mesnevi, kıta, müstezat, rübâî, tuyug with sample texts.
9Basic properties of Musammats and practice tasks on sample texts.
10Literary arts applied on Divan literature and practice tasks on sample texts.
11Arts related to meaning, arts related to words.
12General properties of verse types on Turkish Classical Literature and sample texts.
13General properties of verse types on Turkish Classical Literature and sample texts.
