TRANSFORMATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION: BLENDED LEARNING MODEL PROJECT ON THE WAY TO E-UNIVERSITY 2021 ACTIVITIES
- The courses to be applied to blended learning have been determined.
- The decisions of the courses to be processed with the blended learning model were taken by the deans and directorates.
- Teams have been created for lessons in the MS Teams environment.
- In MS Teams, a team called IAU Blended Learning Implementation Team has been created for academics who will teach with blended learning. Guide videos have been shared on this team. In addition, synchronized meetings are held and training continues. In the team, written, oral and video guidance activities are carried out with academics from the messaging system.
- The course syllabus template was prepared and shared in English and Turkish.
- The course plan template has been prepared and shared with academics.
- Instructions and checklists were prepared and sent to deans and directorates.
- The blended learning model standards have been prepared and sent to the rector's office.
- A report on "the Use of Technology and Competencies in Higher Education" has been published.
- On the local media have given interviews about blended education.
- Certificates have been issued for those who participated in the certificate program made in the previous period.

ENCOURAGEMENTS FOR BLENDED LEARNING ACADEMICS
- Academics who do blended education are given 1 day of academic leave per month.
- Academics who do blended training are defined as working leave during their off-hours periods.
