The University provides users with access to World Wide Web (WWW) resources and facilities by connecting to the Internet computer network. There is no specific University rule that prevents users from viewing any page at any location on the World Wide Web.
However, users browsing the Web are still subject to all legal and mandatory usage limitations.

The University recognizes the value of WWW as a publishing and information distribution facility. Web service servers whose names are registered in the official University web domain (aydin.edu.tr) are considered University web service servers. For the purpose of this policy, any user who creates any type of WWW page and places it on the University's web service server is considered to have published that page.
In general, University policies and rules applicable to publication and communication content also apply to the content of WWW pages published using the University's web service servers. Specifically, all information located on the University's web service server must:
- Be compatible with copyrights, intellectual rights, protection of honor and dignity, and privacy.
- Not violate any University policy, rule, or regulation.
- Not be used for commercial activities without the consent of the Authority.
