Every person using University systems consents to all provisions of this policy and declares that they agree to comply with all its rules and conditions and all applicable state laws and regulations.

All users whose actions violate this policy, or any other University policy or regulation, or Authority policy or regulation, may face disciplinary actions as well as having restrictions imposed or usage privileges revoked.
