Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	To provide the fundamental knowledge and skills regarding the establishment, management, and operation of healthcare facilities providing dental services.
Course Content	Legal regulations concerning the establishment of dental healthcare facilities; planning of physical environments and equipment; appointment and patient admission processes; management of financial and medical records; patient tracking systems;digital appointment/archiving, data security, use of imaging devices and associated legal requirements; materials management; management of hazardous substances and medical waste; equipment maintenance and calibration; staff orientation; and optimization of healthcare unit management.
