Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The purpose of the course named Law of Commercial Enterprise is to make students informed about the theories and main principles of Law of Commercial Enterprise. The purpose of the course called Law of Commercial Papers is to make students analyze and comprehend the main principles, theories and problems in practice.
Course Content The mentioned course gives the background information to be able to distinguish between commercial affair and ordinary affair. The course covers presumption of commercial affairs, commercial cases, the concept of trafficker, rules and consequences of being a trafficker, brands, trafficker assistants and currency account. Other than these, main rules regulating commercial companies and ordinary partnership which is a cornerstone company type will be covered. Then, subsequently collective, commandite, anonymous and limited companies will be taught. In the scope of Law of Commercial Papers, especially commercial bills ( bond, cheque, bill) which have an important place in practice will be covered.
