Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course the basic concepts of constitutional law as well as a discussion of the practical as well as to provide a theoretical plane. Legislative, executive and judicial organs of the establishment, operation and mutual relationship between these bodies to learn the state of fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens are resolved in the face of the Turkish Constitutional Law Constitutions in the framework of the development is abolished or repealed.
Course Content The basic concepts of constitutional law, the founding theories of power and the state, within the framework of the 1982 Constitution to be addressed developments in the Turkish Constitutional, Human Rights and the European Norm (ECHR, the Court ...) principles, techniques, covers topics such as Constitutional Jurisdiction.
