Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Knowledge of Civil Procedure course of private law in case of violation of the rights granted to members of these rights is the branch of law that describes how to perform state aid. Civil Procedure Law court structure, the trial procedure, the plaintiff and the defendant's rights and obligations, the courts,, the judge and the litigants' rights and obligations, claims and defenses for proving evidence, judgment against the recognized legal remedies and procedures to be followed are also organized.
