Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Aim of the course and scope of the meaning of the Civil Law, the basic concepts and the relationships between these concepts, and an overview of the application areas of the Civil Code and the Law of Persons and Family Law in particular branches of the basic principles and issues related to the transfer of the student.
Course Content	This course, in general, with the main areas of the basic concepts of private law, the law and other rules of social order in general terms, the rights and the rule of law, rules, hierarchy, the general concepts of Civil Law, Persons Law, the basic principles, rights, and act with responsibility and the content of the basic features explained, protection of personality, the key issues of the legal entities, Family Law applicable principles, engagement, marriage, divorce, institutions, issues of paternity contains provisions.

The aim of the course

Course Content

This course, in general, with the main areas of the basic concepts of private law, the law and other rules of social order in general terms, the rights and the rule of law, rules, hierarchy, the general concepts of Civil Law, Persons Law, the basic principles, rights, and act with responsibility and the content of the basic features explained, protection of personality, the key issues of the legal entities, Family Law applicable principles, engagement, marriage, divorce, institutions, issues of paternity contains provisions.
