Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of course is the classification of jurisdiction, judicial organization, item or procedure related legislative regulations, norms of files and books, correspondence, forms and procedures with pencils, pens personnel to be familiar with the student on the tasks, and the knowledge to comment on specific cases able to apply.
Course Content during the course; staff of justice in general, consists of pen and duties of the personnel whom the justice organization of the pen operations, Prosecutor's Office Pen, Pencil Civil Courts, Criminal Courts pen operations will be discussed.

3Public Prosecutor's Office Pen Operations: A-Registration Procedures, b-PC used books where the Public Prosecutor Held Transactions
4Public Prosecutor's Office Files and Paperboard: a-Investigation Group File and cartons, b-Enforcement Group File and cartons
5Preparatory Investigation Public Prosecutor's Office: A-Conduct of the investigation (Query carton, Invitations, Forced Bringing Decision) b-Things To Do At the end of the investigation, (indictment, Reconciliation)
6Other Pen Operations Office of the Prosecutor: Communication Transactions, Litigation Transfer Transactions, Transactions Foreign Nationals Detained and Arrested.
