Purpose and Content

The aim of the course This course of public law, administrative law and constitutional law examines. With the establishment and organization of the State to provide information about their fundamental rights and freedoms and the establishment and functioning of the public administration is intended to explain the rules applied.
Course Content General public law within the scope of the underlying constitutional law, legislative-executive-judicial bodies, structures and functioning of the Constitutional and Administrative Law and the relationship between public administration, administrative procedures and contracts, the responsibility of the administration, law enforcement, public service and administrative organization are studied.
