Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Objectives of this course is to manifest opinions about liberty binding punishment and pecuniary punishment and to teach about different types of imprisonment and amercement; principles of enforcement law and prison discipline law.
Course Content This course examines differences between security measures and criminal measures; particularly the relation between individual and state during the execution of sentences.
