Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Criminal law the basic principles of criminal concepts and elements of crime (the material elements, the moral element and causal link, etc..), Criminal law both in the West and in Turkey show that the historical development of criminal responsibility and sanctions, doctrine and national criminal courts decision in accordance with the teach is intended.
Course Content Course contents offense under the policy principles in the light for all crimes that are common crime special ways of being and in this context undertakings, associates and social subjects, voluntary renunciation and effective regret institutions, crime custom view shapes, sanctions theory as well as the criminal's purpose, attributes, types and alternative sanctions delay, institution, conditional release and settlement institutions and security measures with regard to certain rights deprivation, confiscation, child-specific safety measures for mentally ill specific security measures, crime in the repetition and special dangerous criminals, deportation, legal persons security measures and probation measures are examined. Finally, the sentence is given to the principles of identification and individualization.
