Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Bankruptcy and foreclosure proceeding is to give general information about the students. Bankruptcy law; concordat; capital companies and restructuring of cooperatives through consensus; cancel the trial and execution are given information about the crime. Bankruptcy in respect of, bankruptcy organization, Bankruptcy (general bankruptcy follow through and promissory notes specific to bankruptcy follow through), non-follow bankruptcy, of bankruptcy, postponing of bankruptcy legal consequences, of bankruptcy liquidation, closure and removal are studied. Students who in bankruptcy matters could bankrupt, it results, follow-up of bankruptcy or been followed by the bankruptcy decision making and how it affects the debtor and the creditors that are specific at this stage. Especially in the recent amendment to the law brought to the new regulations (postponement of bankruptcy, etc.) are drawn to the attention of the students.
