Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To help successful planning, organization, coordination and the control of the works in workplaces in any process
Course Content The subjects like the meaning and scope of the secretaryship, types of secretaryship, duties and responsibilities, personality traits of secretaries and professional skills as well as the main principles and methods of office management, identifying information systems and Office automation, comprehending the methods of effective communication, new approaches in the Office organizing, the concept of virtual Office and comprehending the work principles of virtual offices forms the content of the course.
