Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The purpose of the course is to analyze the main concepts of Individual Labour Law which is a significant part of Labour Law and to make students acquire both theory and practice related to disagreements in individual labour affairs.
Course Content	The course covers the main principles of Individual Labour Law; namely, employer, employee, sub-employer, vice principal, types of workplaces and labour contract, foundation, debts of employers and employees, termination of labour contract job security, working and resting time, occupational health and safety

They have the knowledge of topical lesson books, with the practical tool and materials and they have advanced theoretical knowledge and methodology to solve the fundamental problems of law.

8	Termination of labour contract in cases of mutual rescission, termination of given period, death
9	Termination of labour contract in cases of timed cancellation and job security
10	Termination of labour contract in cases of timed cancellation and job security
11	Termination of labour contract in cases of cancellation with a valid reason
