Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The purpose of the course is to analyze the main concepts of Individual Labour Law which is a significant part of Labour Law and to make students acquire both theory and practice related to disagreements in individual labour affairs.
Course Content The course covers the main principles of Individual Labour Law; namely, employer, employee, sub-employer, vice principal, types of workplaces and labour contract, foundation, debts of employers and employees, termination of labour contract job security, working and resting time, occupational health and safety

4The concept of Labour Contract and its types

6Making a labour contract and debts arising from labour contract
7Making a labour contract and debts arising from labour contract
8Termination of labour contract in cases of mutual rescission, termination of given period, death
9Termination of labour contract in cases of timed cancellation and job security
10Termination of labour contract in cases of timed cancellation and job security
11Termination of labour contract in cases of cancellation with a valid reason
