​In line with its student-centered education philosophy, Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of Communication maintains a multi-layered communication structure that supports students' academic achievements and personal development. The foundation of this structure is the academic advisory service provided by every faculty member. Advisors offer one-on-one guidance to students on everything from course registration to internship processes and career goals. Transforming student participation into an institutional culture, our faculty incorporates the views of department representatives into management processes through regular Student Representative Meetings. In addition, general student meetings organized by the Dean's Office and heads of departments, as well as interim evaluation meetings where intra-semester processes are analyzed, are held regularly. These meetings provide a transparent platform where students can freely express their requests, suggestions, and complaints regarding administrative and academic issues, ensuring the continuity of a solution-oriented educational environment.
