Head of the Department of New Media and Communication Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nur Emine KOÇ visited CBS Business School between 24-30 April 2023 as part of Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility. As a guest of Prof. Dr. Julia Maintz, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nur Emine KOÇ participated in 8 hours of undergraduate and graduate courses. Participated in the International Student's Week activity. She gave undergraduate lectures on 'Digital Culture', 'New Media Compentence', 'Digital Platforms and Privacy Policies' and a graduate course on 'Digital Exhaustion in University Education'. Discussions were held with students on Globalisation and Popular Culture courses.

Department of Television News Reporting and Programming Rsc. Assist. Meltem BAŞARAN was a guest of International Balkan University within the scope of Erasmus + Staff Mobility. She successfully completed the mobility, which included various trainings and workshops.

Jordan University of Science and Technology JUST

Head of the Department of Advertising, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gonca Yıldırım and Asst. Prof. Dr. Metin Enes Dönmez from the Department of Public Relations and Publicity visited Jordan University of Science and Technology (Jordan University of Science and Technology JUST) on 24-31 July 2022 as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Programme.  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gonca Yıldırım, Effective Communication Techniques and Presentation Techniques; Assoc. Assoc. Metin Enes Dönmez made presentations on Social Media Management to university students and university public relations and promotion unit employees.

During the event held on 10-14 June, lectures and workshops were held with 25 participants from 10 different countries on various topics such as personal brand creation, recruitment processes in universities, ethics in communication, sustainability and university.

Trier University

Our faculty member, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar Kuzey Yıldız, delivered a lecture at Trier University in Germany between May 12–16, 2025, as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching program. Invited as a guest speaker in Prof. Daniel Gilgen's course, he presented an interactive session titled "Metaverse: Opportunities & Threats," engaging with students and academics from the Communication Design department.

Universidad Miguel Hernández

Associate Professor Gonca Yıldırım Öge, Head of the Advertising Department, visited Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche in Spain between November 17–21, 2025, as part of the "Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching" program. During her visit, she participated in classes held by Prof. Maria Teresa Zaragoza Fuster and taught the "Creative Advertising Campaigns" course to students in the Department of Journalism and Visual Design. She also delivered a seminar presentation on "Brand Management and Brand Communication" to the faculty members.

Ede Christian University of Applied Sciences

Within the scope of the Erasmus Staff Exchange program, Ms. Miriam Zoeter, International Office Coordinator from Ede Christian University of Applied Sciences, visited our Faculty on November 4, 2025. Following a meeting chaired by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Aybike Serttaş, where potential collaborations and joint projects were discussed, Ms. Zoeter was given a tour of our Faculty's studios and workshops, accompanied by the Faculty Erasmus Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gonca Yıldırım Öge, and Dr. Mert Can Atar, faculty member of the Department of New Media and Communication.

Eszterházy Károly Catholic University

Krisztina Nagy from Eszterházy Károly Catholic University visited our faculty from May 20-24, 2024, as part of the Erasmus+ Mobility Agreement Staff Mobility for Training Program. Krisztina Nagy collaborated with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nur Emine Koç, Head of the New Media and Communication Department, on Media Economics and Politics, and with Asst. Prof. Dr. Mert Can Atar, a faculty member in the New Media and Communication Department, on topics related to Post-Truth in Media. She also worked with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşegül Akaydın Aydı from the Journalism Department on News and News Writing.
Additionally, Krisztina Nagy toured the faculty's Television Studio, VR Lab, workshops, Göz Journal, News Agency, and the University Corporate Communication department, accompanied by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gonca Yıldırım Öge, the Faculty Erasmus Coordinator and Head of the Advertising Department, to gather information and work on future projects.

As part of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility program, faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gintare Zemaitaitiene and Dr. Isabel Palomo Domingues from Mykolas Romeris University in Lithuania taught courses at our faculty.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hale Torun, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Müge Öztunç, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatma Nazlı Köksal, and Instructor Burak Ali Gül hosted these courses, with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gintare Zemaitaitiene delivering a lecture on 'Introduction to Presenting,' and Dr. Isabel Palomo Domingues covering 'Creative Advertising.

St. Ignatius of Loyola University of Applied Sciences

Under the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Teaching Program, Dr. Rūta Sutkutė from St. Ignatius of Loyola University of Applied Sciences joined us as a guest lecturer on Wednesday, March 22, from 12:00 to 14:00 for the course 'Media and Intercultural Communication' (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Olcay Uçak) and from 14:00 to 16:00 for the course 'Intercultural Communication and Advertising' (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatma Nazlı Köksal)

Accademia di Belle Arti di Lecce

Under the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Teaching Program, Prof. Dr. Maurizio Chiantone from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Lecce visited our faculty from April 15-19, 2024. He participated in classes taught by Lecturer Volkan Budak from the Radio, Television, and Cinema Department and conducted 'Sound Workshops' with the students. Prof. Chiantone also attended classes in the Advertising Department, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gonca Yıldırım Öge, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Müge Öztunç, and Lecturer Benian Kalafatoğlu, where he emphasized the importance of 'Sound and Music in Advertising.

Transylvania

Within the scope of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching program, Assoc. Prof. Georgiana Burbea from Transylvania University of Brașov taught at our faculty between May 5–9, 2025. Prof. Burbea attended the classes of Dr. Tuğba Gülal and, following a collaborative meeting with our Dean, Prof. Dr. Aybike Serttaş, and the Faculty Erasmus Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gonca Yıldırım Öge, she toured the departments and studios of our faculty.
