The Istanbul Aydın University Faculty of
Communication operates a comprehensive feedback ecosystem centered on
stakeholder participation to ensure the sustainability of its quality assurance
system. In this process, Course Evaluation Surveys conducted at the end of each
semester to directly measure the quality of education, and Advisor Evaluation
Surveys analyzing student satisfaction with academic guidance processes, form
the cornerstones of our student-centered approach. To measure the attainment
levels of program outcomes and update curricula in line with sectoral needs,
Alumni and Employer Surveys are utilized as primary data collection methods. To
support institutional development, the competencies of academic and
administrative staff are regularly monitored through Staff Performance,
Academic Staff Competency, and Goal Setting forms, while institutional culture
and belonging are analyzed via Employee Brand, Brand Image, and Internal
Stakeholder Satisfaction Surveys. Supported by Self-Evaluation Surveys through
which units audit their own processes, all these mechanisms aim to transform
obtained data into evidence for strategic improvement and to continuously
enhance educational. quality
